The accommodation rate covers your group of up to 10, with no extra-person surcharge. Children under four stay free and count towards occupancy; the fixed group price remains the same. Homemade vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals cost extra. A ₹1,000 refundable security deposit is separate. The host confirms taxes and optional charges in your quotation.
What are the arrival and departure times?+
Overnight check-in is at 2:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Weekday day visits run Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. All times are India time (Asia/Kolkata).
Is there a kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking?+
Yes. The fully equipped kitchen includes Aquaguard drinking water, a refrigerator and tea/coffee facilities. Free Wi-Fi and spacious parking with a driveway are available.
How is a booking confirmed?+
A 50% non-refundable advance and identity proof are required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 applies separately. For bookings within seven days, the host will explain payment timing in the quotation. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
What happens if I cancel?+
The booking advance is non-refundable if you cancel. Ask the host about the treatment of any remaining balance already paid and the security deposit conditions before confirming your booking.
